Candidate: Muhammad Quibria


Dr. Muhammad Quibria received his PhD from Princeton University, and has since combined academic work with policy and operational experience. He spent twenty years at the Asian Development Bank monitoring economic trends, helping conceive and evaluate policy initiatives, conducting research studies on pertinent development concerns, and helping train senior civil servants in development issues. He also spent time as managing editor of Asianas published a several articles and books. He is currently a Professor of Economics at Morgan State University in Baltimore.
