Bio
Patrick’s primary interests focus on how human rights principles can be operationalized in law, public policy and development work and on how human rights and human development indicators can be used more effectively for monitoring and advocacy. Since graduating from the GPIA in the spring of 2009, Patrick has worked with both UNICEF and the American Human Development Project of the Social Science Research Council. Prior to coming to the New School, Patrick earned his BA in political science at McGill University in Montréal.
